Venomancer is incredibly easy to get it with, only issue is that from my experience trying to actually win a game as Venomancer if you just go with randoms, ehh...

the best hero for slow quest is pugna u can debuff your self and complete the quest :D

Batrider is also good. Got 50 secs within 3 minutes. With ganks got 3 stars in 22 minutes.

But it only give you 1 for each time an enemy enters the aura. I did with batrider had 3 stars before laning phase ended.
