SEA (sg server) sudden high ping

finding a match after completeng a smooth game with my regular ping, then when the game started it rose to 200++ ping the whole game literally unplayable because of timely rise to 400. heres my tracert.

you can see that the final hops are the ones with problem so i also think that its pldt to sgp's routes side? i guess? im not that into this type of stuffs. someone pls help

having the same problem, 200 ping consistently, US west has lower ping than SEA even tho i live in SEA

i also tried playing DN Sea .. and the ping is the same

so im sure its on their side ...

same problem.. PLDT user malabon city PH . start at 05/14/15 1 am .. 52 ping to 187ping .. then 52 ping to 200ping after that 200ping not change till now

i have the same problem in a week now. i thought it's just some lag or because of internet connection because it tends to have a problem every once in a while (PLDT) but when im playing other games, ping is good. only dota 2 has a high ping. it's always 200+ even without any other applications opened, i even off the wifi of my phone. i checked the speed test and internet is fine. I think valve is responsible.
