How to beat Lifestealer as a carry?

How can you deal with him when playing as a carry? I know how to deal with him as support by using ghost scepter, Eul's, or force staff, but as a carry, I have a problem.

First, carry don't really want to bother ghost, eul, or force staff, items that counter Lifestealer.

He is so freaking powerful at any stage of the game, and the greatest chance for my team is to bully his early game, but as a carry, I can't roam around bothering him early on, and my teammates often ignore him till it is too late.

Initiating on him is kinda impossible because of Infest. He will enter one of his teammates and wait until teamfight started. When teamfight begins, he will pop out and overwhelm me, and kill me before it ends.

What carries and items that will help me against this right-click monster? Except Ursa and PA because i hate them. Armor stuff don't really work for me because he often builds desolator and AC, evasion can be countered by MKB, a really legit item for LS, skull basher/abyssal are good against LS, but Lifestealer often builds one as well, and it falls to luck about who do the first bash/overwhelm, which often falls to Lifestealer because of Infest.

Recently, he got buffed pretty hard. Infest cooldown reduced, attack speed from rage increased, armlet got buffed, SnY got buffed, and new items: echo sabre, blight stone, which make him more powerful.

Any tips will be appreciated.

Jukes, outfarming him, team ganking him early on, AoE spells are especially nice against him to shut down his ability to infest a friendly Creep. If you can kill the Creep before he explodes it, aswell, he doesn't get healed, and 200 AoE damage isn't that much all things considered in a 1v3-1v4.Rage can be countered by having good passives or good right-click-effect items, His open wounds spell is useless if you can bodyblock/stun him long enough for most of the moveslow to wear down, it won't give him the HP boost to turn against you. Overall, it's about early ganks, team coordination, and fast damage. Having spell immune piercing allies like Pudge helps a ton as well, because you can trap N'aix to make him unable to escape, or getting big slowing items so you can finish him while he tries to run w/ Rage, though typically he'll use Rage in combat giving you an opening to make sure he won't have a big running chance. Just my two cents though.

Personally, I think Death Prophet owns him good. I play as a mid DP and have a high win-rate. I've encountered LS a few times and if you catch him alone or with a hero around and you have your ult on, it's easy. I do agree that his rage + slow and bash is a problem but DP can always ghost sceptre + eul's

Anything with pure damage works well.

Pudge is a great hero against other heroes, especially ones which might have trouble with movement or evasion. If he gets 7 kills by 10 minutes, or even 4 by 5 minutes, the game's almost gg unless the enemy mid suddenly toughens up and somehow kills you to all f-ck. I find it quite easy to destroy my foes as Pudge thanks to a combination of hard time and hard practice.

That must be why lifestealer has a 55% winrate against pudge........ ohh wait.... it is actually lifesstealer who counters pudge as he's magic immunity has a lower cast point then dismeber, allowing lifestealer to protect himself from taking any dismember damage at which point lifestealers passive ,where he removes and heals himself for a percentage of Pudge's massive current hp amount ,means Pudge becomes little more than a walking health pot.

OP- if you want to play a carry then Templar Assasin, Troll and Ursa all work well against lifestealer. For supports banes ranged magic immunity piercing stun works wonders
