Mouse Will Not Lock In Dota 2
I have tried nearly everything, believe me. Was working fine two months ago and now Fullscreen, borderless, or window, the mouse will not stay in the window. I have a dual monitor setup and it only happens with this game. I've used the, "dota_mouse_window_lock 1" console command, I've set that as the launch option, I've used mousetrapper AND window mouse curser capture for the warcraft 3 mod and it still will not stay in the window. The game is literally unplayable for me. I've even unplugged my monitor still nothing.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It is driving me crazy. Again, mouse stays in game perfectly for other games just not Dota 2 and I've never had this problem before. Do you have any solutions?

Same thing here, everything goes normal if only one monitor plugged in for me, but same as you if i use both, something to do with the update i would imagine...

Yep, same issue here. Was working right up until the 6.87 update. I haven't found a fix yet, I really hope they fix this asap as it's unplayable.
Make sure your set screen resolution is native to your monitors resolution. I know that that stupid nvidea downscale thing(where the rendered at a higher resolution and then rendered that to the screen) cuased a similar issue. Most likly this was cuased by the incorrect ratio between the render target resolution and my screen resolution.

@zoomdude111, thanks for the suggestion but that doesn't apply. I'm using the "Use my monitor's current resolution" setting. Even using my correct resolution with the advanced settings option doesn't help.

If you have a nvidea card a geforce experience installed it may over ride you actual monitors resolution. I al had use my monitors current resolution and it was set to 4K even though i only have a 1080p screen. How ever it does not sound like this is the case.

nope, this is on crossfired Radeon cards, there wasnt any issue untill this update, to be honest it sometimes works fine for me, for example day before it was working fine, but yesterday it needed the dota_mouse_lock input to keep it in main monitor whilst in the game...

There is only one solution - turn off other monitors :-(.
