Can't play Battle Cup

I'm already a ranked player, have my account since 2013, with more than 500 matches, and Battle Cup says I don't have 100 unranked hours of gameplay.... what can I do?!

It means you don't have 100 hours of unranked gameplay. You need to play those 100 hours before you can do Battlecup.

Also, only 500 matches since starting play in 2013 means you're still pretty newb by most players standards. Most people playing for that long have at least 2000 matches, usually more.

I am a casual player stayed away some years, but I'm also an archon 3, with over 400 hours of ranked games, Why I must play unranked games???!!!! and I can't even see how many hours of unranked matches I have!

Unranked match hours were introduced as a requirement for Ranked play and Battlecup a few months ago, to help combat smurfs as well as inexperienced players getting in over their heads. Previously the requirement was 100 unranked games, so you probably have pretty close to the 100 hours already finished.

battlecup is full of smurfs playing. not worth it.
