Can you vision-break and tell it was a smoke?

The enemy smokes, they come near you, and the smoke breaks. When the smoke breaks, is there a way to tell that the hero just revealed was smoked? I don't mean you see the enemy smoke under a ward etc. I mean is there a difference in when/how the smoke itself breaks that tells you specifically that it was a smoke, apart from you have a ward nearby and then suddenly see them appear on the mini-map when they get close to you?

No there isnt. You just see them and thats all.

No, they just appear like any broken invis.

1025 range if there is enemy on that range it's reveal
if pudge hook 1300 it's almost half of your monitor screen-300 because pudge hook on half screen
no enemy on map (time to aware)
1.they farm
2.set up ambush
3. afk or blame each other lul(1%)

or they just baiting with 1 hero reveal and if your team attack that hero they will counter it
