Network Quality [Dota2 In-game settings]

How could i tell if I have an high end or low end network? Is there any specific bandwidth to determine this?

you probally have a high end one if you have a low ping and no packet loss the bandwith increase a little bit with high option too but if you don't have you will lag so easy to know if you ping increase with high setting you don't have a high end connection, low quality will just give you a higher delay so the game can interpolate better problems like high ping or packet loss, only use low if you have problems or some teleporting hero/stuff movments in gameplay.
