Lol you think that a game that lag on its own like hell is to fast for you?
You can press skills even 6 times and nothing happens because calculating 10 players parallel is to much for Dota Servers.
Play DOTA with friends and make sure you eat 3 solid meals a day made up of vegetables,brown rice, Quinoa, oatmeal ect, throw in a small snack or two . Drink at least a liter of water a day and get some sunshine for a minimum of 15 minutes. These tips will not only help with reaction time, but many other aspects of your life.
