Cannot gift wrap Troll Warlord taunt?

I tried right clicking on the taunt and the option to gift wrap it isn't there. I've done this for many other items but this one seems be unavailable. It does not have the week cooldown to giftwrap as it has been weeks since I bought it from the market. What do? :(

there are some items you cannot giftwrap
-gems
-taunts
-tools like hammers or chisels
-style upgrades for different couriers and stuff
-autograph runes
-team pennants
-efigies
-multikill banners
-music packs
and I might be forgetting some other items
hope this makes you have clear which items you can send as gifts and which ones you can only trade
