How to use the player cards ?

Hi guys, I am new to dota 2 and sorry if this is a stupid question.

I have got some player cards recently and not sure what these cards are. I have opened all the player cards but dont know what to do next with those.

Can someone let me know how these can be used ?

Hey, you can trade them(packs) or open them and tehy will be aded to your compendium,where you can create fantasy team for the league.

and how is the process of 'This" player cards? in the game KIEV MAJOR?

Same as what they've done for the past seasons of battle pass. You choose which players are likely to perform well in game and earn points for the metrics they were able to accomplish. Score in the top 50% of all players to earn 2 Battle Levels, reach the top 25% to get 4 Battle Levels, or captain yourself to the top 10% to collect 8 Battle Levels.

Fantasy Team is basically where you use your cards and put together a team. You earn points depending on who you picked for your fantasy team, what rarity of that card you used, and that player's performance in the actual competitions. Your points are then tallied, and you can win certain prizes if your score is high enough. I believe the number one fantasy team owner also receives an extremely rare item, but don't quote me on that.

You can't open them until all the teams that will be participating are determined.

why can`t i use the player card? it says that the player card can use on compendium, i have too many compendium items in my account but the use on compendium is not clickable. PLEASE HELP ME.TY

This thread was from 2016 july which was when the 2016 compendium was available and is where you can still use player cards. But this time you think that you can use a 2017 compendium player cards at April? Nah mate, those are as good as collections now.
