Aside from SG, I can also use HK and Malaysia as my wtfast server and they both give me <100 ping. Have you tried at least troubleshooting your wtfast?

Why don't you go braindead elsewhere considering you people can't learn to bother using Steamstat.us to see if servers are up or down and considering noone but Pinoys complaining about Bad Connection out of all the SEA Majority and I don't see PLDT which is the 2nd ISP they have not complaing but GLOBE. So their ISP is the problem and to complain here where GLOBE has ZERO Authorization or Tech Help is so useless and pointless.

The title of this thread is clearly:

So unless you play the game DOTA on a regular basis (w/c you don't, not even 100hrs of game play) and is actually a GLOBE subscriber (Which clearly you are NOT). Then GET THE ♥♥♥♥♥ OFF THIS THREAD.

Seems lip service to me. No specific information as to how long until this issue will be resolved was relayed and it sucks. I'm not an expert regarding data pathways and stuff, but this issue has been going on for more than a month. This thread even started July 27. I'm fairly certain that "changing data pathways" won't take this long. In my personal experience, I had this particular issue twice. First, about July up to the first week of August, then again on September 3 until now.
Gosh I hope that this will be fixed sooner than later.
