JUNGLE Legion Commander Maxing W+E over Q

I am sick of playing with stats-4-4-1 Legion Commander in jungle (much worse, if they do it in lane).

I mean, why? You really overestimate W over Q (I am naming abilities by hotkeys, sorry if you use somefin else)?

This thread is for people, who are meeting these jungle LCs in their games. If someone goes on 4nd level Press the Attack (0-2-2-0), then I think "omg we must stomp or we lose".

According to "Standard" build ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=203428541 ),
Q should be maxed first.

But if you are at jungle, you need sustain. So you go EWE. Then, you should go on maxing Q. You don´t need more jungle sustain, and you should go ganking as quick as possible.

Compare LC to Axe. Axe cannot do ♥♥♥♥ without range, so he uses his W to slow and catch enemies.
And LC´s Q does basically the same (and it punishes enemies for staying close, like Axe´s Counter Helix does).

I mean, that is no problem, they can hold in the jungle, but after lvl 6, they still continue jungling and don´t help us, and if they do, they duel when enemy is 100% hp and no ♥♥♥♥ she cannot kill him.

I don´t intend to post here wall of text, so if you hate this build or disagree with my post, come and write. I will continue.

not getting Q until lvl 10 is totally fine if you are jungling and didn't feel the need to. if you are relying on it's speed boost to catch up people, you are doing something wrong.

athough, not getting Q in favor of stats seems a bit dumb.

only true if u don't plan to gank and afk jungle until 10, which usually means a trash LC who forces the game to go 4v5 and have no duel wins

the idea is getting a blink early. If you need your Q you're doing something wrong.

My Legion Jungle:

Power treads, Blademail, blink dagger.... its time to duel. I only go shadow blade/silver edge against characters that are hard to deal with late game with their passives.

Also, Max "E" first and "W" second, putting points in Ult at available levels. You need the sustain in jungle.

You also need someone who can solo the lane they are in and not be a little b*tch and whine every 5 seconds about their lane. If i have to baby sit your a*s in lane, that's less time I have to farm jungle. Of course all you b*itches will blame the Legion for being under farmed. I just report the solo lane guy for failing his lane.

Most games are won in the picking phase. Pick a good line up that can counter the enemy, and you will do fine. Pick something retarded like 4 mids and have Legion in Jungle, then whatever mid is soloing will probably die a lot.

Hell, today I solo laned an Ogre Magi -vs- a Huskar/Bane
I was 9/0/20
I had a BloodSeeker jungler that listened to damn near everything I said.
He was 32/0/8

Hell, Even our mid apparently had speakers and listened to us, a
Mid Zeus was 3/0/30

TEAMWORK and the ability to LISTEN to your team mates is the key to winning.

I am tired of whiney a*s b*tches in dota. STFU and let them farm till they are ready to fight. If your team didn't pick a solo laner, thats all of your fault. If the legion didn't say she was jungling, then its mostly her fault. Just make sure you ask if you are unsure before picking. This is why I always last pick. Even with 0 starting gold. Its better to have a counter to the other team than to end up f*cked with a bad pick.

I only played LC once (today was my 1st match) and I had over 150 damage from duel wins (won some 8 or 9 duels). I didn't lose a duel once since I didn't duel at full health, only when enemy was at 30% or less or when we had a huge advantage and duel win was guaranteed. I missed a couple of duels since I wanted a surefire win.

What I'm saying: how well it goes depends on who you play with.

Remember: its OK to be bad at the game, its OK to die and feed and its OK to be a horrible player. If you're not doing it intentionally. Everyone was a newbie at first, we all learn the game at different pace. Some learn it fast, some learn it slow, some played DOTA before it became a Steam hit. We're all different. So its OK to be a newbie, just take your time to learn the game.

If someone on your team is a newbie, its OK. Just let them play as they want and try to help a little, give some advice. Maybe next time you play with them, they'll be a better player.

people arent playing to teach newbies how to play dem gaem, son. its not unreasonable to expect ur teammates to know wut teh hell they are doing.

sure people have bad gaems, but the middle of the match is no place to teach stuff, unless you are teh coach or something.

wut are the odds of u playing with dem same player again later on anyway?
quite high unfortunately... really with it didnt happen to me so often. if only i was matched again with the guys that i won before and not the ones I lost with...

If my solo laner or mid can do well enough by the time I hit level 6, of course I will come duel. But most people don't know how to damage and bait for a set up.

I have over 8,000 hours of DOTA 2 game time. I don't mind teaching, its the people not wanting to listen that is usually the problem. I am very kind, until someone is an ass.

Had a guy random Clockwork the other day(he made it completely clear that he didn't know how to play clockwork in the beginning of the match), forgot who I was, but anyway, we laned against Sandking and someone else... venge or invoker or something.. i forget. Anyway. I had to teach him how to use his cogs to force Sand King out of his sandstorm. Took 3 tries, and a death or 2, but he got it. I was proud. The rest of the match, he listened and either trapped/dusted or forced SK out of sandstorm.

I don't like q all that much, press the attack and moment of courage helps with duels better than her nuke. I can't have q and w along with r at level 6, she's a strength hero that's a lot of mana. If I have to get mana for my duels it's bad, rather stay in a lane or jungle while duel is on cool down, than base or ask for mana.

She's like a void, when you get chrono use it, don't sit on it. If you have no mana what good are you early game? Use duel all the time.

Actually according too dotabuff, http://www.dotabuff.com/heroes/legion-commander/builds q is maxed third on average. This is the most popular build with a 27% build rate.

problem isn't LC not maxing Q first or going jungle. teh problem is bad players using dem LC.

u only need 2 levels in press the attack early game, skipping Q is like skipping a 300+ damage burst and aoe farming
