Free Persona Invoker

Just want to share my thought bout how easy to get invoker persona from diretide 2022 CC, i mean can we still called it as “Exclusive” when we can still get the persona easily? And without spending that much?. We need to get like around 300 BP levels to get the persona. If this going to be a way to get a “free” persona can we expect to get like Pudge persona set with the persona also in the future?

They gave us a exalted version that all, bit of a disapoinment tbh. Anyway Steam have become more scammy lately with this invo stuff and the 2020 items still being unmarketable, Gaben would be disappointed I reckon.

The Io arcana has different wording so id think they will re release the void and others again one day but not the io. Then again I though the invo one was similar but we got mislead on that.

i think invoker is just one time occasion because 1) he won vote both in workshop and in dota, 2) you can't release set for kid invoker without kid invoker, and exclusive arcanas fit every item so there is no need to reissue them.
i can see for instance possibly set for female anti-mage to be released because she looks quite naked but for pudge? there is little to add to it.

You can easily read it in every battle pass if it's exclusive or not. Item's exclusivity is not presumed.

i therfore conclude that buying and grinding BP is useless if later on you can get easily what inside of it. like for example i can get kid invoker for free if a friend gift it me.

i know this feeling bruh. first kid invoker owner was got rubbed. it doesnt matter if not written there as exclusive because you buy levels for it. now its easy to get this kid through gifting or its free if your friend has spare. i think valve wil realize the effort of the first owner how they grind it to get the kid. well its a big disappoinment to buy a battlepass now because there is no assurance if the skin is exclusive or not or you can get it later for small cost. well that is life we cnt do anything its a multibillion company. the only thing we can do is to stop the addiction

Nothing matters really. Exclusive is a coin term. Subject to change at any time. Let all persona flow, just keep the arcana away from the masses.

In Australia we can complain to a place called the ACCC and they can give big company's fines or refuse them business if they dont comply in this country, other countries have similar things. Its something at least. They fined Valve $3 million in 2017 " ruling that it engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct and made false or misleading representations about consumer guarantees".

Most people cant stand customers, they just want their money. Nah but what problem? The ACCC stands for the customers I guess. When they get enough complaints they just step in and investigate all the wording etc and go to court.

Another thing kinda related. I got a refund on Destiny 2 after a few hundred hours of play because of how they took away the base game and other stuff that I paid for. Kinda fell into false advertising. Steam said no at first, I responded with something about the ACCC and then they said ok. Goes to show even if they are a big company we can still argue with them to get what we want.
