if you bought batlle pass it gives you points to lvl up. you you haven't then it is useless, just another way to acknowledge your good game

it means he is trying to complete a mission from his battlepass, tip 50 people to get 2 levels in battlepass. normally people tip others with battlepass so they return the favor but when nobody else on ur team has the pass then u tip whomever

TIP "to ensure promptness" a form of payment for a good service earlier givin before the service started in bars and gastronomy in dota its a form of retribution for your play its only used with the compendium
