I have had no issues playing on my Macbook till now. And it's been almost an year since I bought it. Great thing about th Mac is that, xcode and Android Studio runs effortlessly and has very quick build times.
even if is not on fire they get very hot about 100c so to counter that the cpu and gpu lower the performance to lower the heat then you go from 80 fps to 55
