Axe Octarine Core legit?

Yup, it's still considered a spell so it does lifesteal.

octarine core affect all dmg type from skill/ item proc or aura

Counter helix is pure dmg now Octarine core is way better then getting heart early game axe gets so much value from this item all of his long cool downs are shortened he gets to do more dmg because of counter helix cool-down reduction he heals insane when his ult kills a hero and to top it off by the time you have this item your blink dagger is a 9 sec blink instead of 12 every ability he has gets buffed from this item its worth getting. also i just had a game where i went 27kill and 7 deaths with this item poormans shield / blink / blademail/ agnims/ octarinecore/ and heart swapped with poor mans late game with tranquil boots. with ags and core axes ult is a 4.5 sec cooldown with a 550 kill threshold through spell immunity

but axe doesn't have any spells worth of spamming. his ult, if used correctly, doesn't even need octarine. seems a bit pointless imo. the CD of counter helix is already less than a second even on lvl 1.

getting one of the most expensive items in the game just so you can use blink faster doesn't seem that good. maybe if you are very ahead and already have your core stuff... maybe.
