Armlet should be removed from the game

I already hate the concept of strenght carries, since they are just tanky agility carries with more cc.
But armlet just breaks them, that stupid item is not balanced and needs either a serious nerf, a rework or it needs to be deleted.
I'll use lc and slardar as my examples:
Lc buys an armelt and a blade mail, boom. If she has shadow blade or blink she can simply toggle on armlet and blademail and the duel is finished, she won it. Not only that but the armlet makes her tanky AND increases her damage.
Slardar is also really stupid with it, not only having the stupid amplify dmg (which let's face it, is just a better track), AoE cc and a bash. Now, armlet's base stats arent horrible either, but slardar's base stats are insane, so with armlet he will deal a crap ton of more dmg and is almost unkillable.
What I think should be done is, dont have armlet give strenght, just hp, and nerf the amount. It's way too much (I think it gives like 300-500)

I cant check right now, but I think they are Pudge, Invoker, Rubick, Meepo and Techies (dont remember the order)

early armlet if you play doto long times ago have 2s coldown and that was the crazy item after several patch they nerf buff and removed 2s coldown

it's cool item lol cheap, core item(strong early and middle game also not bad in late game), good status, nice buff
toogle on/off you can dodge 1 spell lol but if you fail to toogle it you die is fun dude where is the wrong?

if they removed it lot of hero will suffer and doto wasnt fun anymore
