Aghanim's Scepter for Bounty Hunter

Like we all know, Bounty Hunter is a good hero but when the late game comes, his Shuriken Toss is not enough effective in teamfights.
It is why I have this idea in the head that we could put an aghanim's scepter upgrade for Bounty Hunter.

here the idea:

Bounty Hunter

• Added Scepter to Bounty Hunter
  -Gain now 15% / 20% / 25% more damage on the basic damage of Shuriken Toss basing on the track's current level at each bounce
  
  -Shuriken Toss lv.4 (max) damage affected by Aghanim Scepter lv.3 (max) in order : 375 / 468,75 / 562,5 / 656,25 / 750

Please note that its only an idea. We tried to balance it the more we can.

bounty hunter is not meant for late game. His role is to get his team rolling early to mid game. He is not like a Medusa, Chaos Knight or any late game carry.

He IS useful in late-game teamfights and making sure your team has a constant gold advantage throughout the game.

Late-game teamfights revolve around taking high ground. Team with the best initiation wins. BH provides vision with track so your team should have better initiation than your opponent. Also, with BH's track, as long as your team can trade 1 for 1 against the enemy, your team will make more money.
