wtf with all the spectre dislike, her voice is meant to be fragmented and less understandable. i think d2 have great voice actors, only voice i dislike is wr but i dislike a overall hero, shes annoying for me more than sniper lol.

Worst for me by far is Naga Siren. She almost hurts to listen to with the effect they added.
Best would probably be Terrorblade. He's got four different voices(normal, Metamorphosis, Fractal Horns, Fractal Horns+Metamorphosis) and they all sound great.

I turn my sound up and down based on my hero
If I'm playing sven I turn it up
If I'm playing naga I turn it down

there are no worst for me, since i am not familiar with all the heroes yet...
