GLOBE USERS HAVING ALOT OF LAG SPIKES / PACKET LOST

Please help, Fix this i contact my ISP provider already and they said there's no on going repair etc i ping {LINK REMOVED}sgp-1valve.net and i got alot request time out. :(( please help me, I can't play properly.

Clearly its a globe issue as you yourself say it only happens to globe and the rest of us are playing fine. Call them back and tell them its isolated to only globe customers and to speak with someone who isnt reading from a script.

I also experienced in-game lag. every 3 minutes, i got lagged. this happened after the new patch. pls. help globe users.

my cousin plays dota 2 with his globe internet at about 3 mbps i suggested him to play at japan server and everything went well.. CAUTION:JAPAN SERVER IS FULL OF 10 YR OLD PNOY PLAYERS >> PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I have the same problem with IC.vash every 3minutes my screen freeze and besides sir Robbie some of my games run stable. :/

When you say some games, do you mean some games of DOTA? or do you mean other online games you play?
If it only happens in DOTA then im assuming that its a routing issue to the DOTA servers, hence other games play online fine. Either way you look at it, its globe at fault for routing through bad and cheap servers.

What i mean from other online games is some games that's not steam based. I see thnk you.

I am experiencing it too on the SEA server. Go play in the Japan server

Here in Australia from time to time we get terrible pings to nearby, Asian servers. Running a tracert to these servers you will identify the weak routing.
Usually happens when one route goes down for maintenance, the ISP (if they are cheap) will switch to the cheap nasty and congested route.
Sounds like your ISP is cheapshite. The only way you are going to fix this is to get the word out there and publically embarass them.

its not valve mate.
Valve are running a fine fast server, only globe users are impacted.
Globe are clearly using a congested or broken route.
There are many many routers between you and the DOTA server. Those routers are managed by Globe.
