I know this isn't "a build", strictly speaking, but...
I want to try someday what I've came to call 'the triple straw':

The cons: You need at least 2 teammates and some coordination.

Basically haste and DD (or close to due to really insane AS) on demand when you activate MoM :p

Carry Abbadon with skadi, burst necro (E-blade and dagon, combine with aghs and octarine for maximum lulz), Attackspeed Spirit breaker (basiaclly get AC/mjollnir and stack moonshards), and who can forget one punch bounty hunter (Raiper+battlefury with phase boots).
