Jugger has a ton of survivability built in and can safely split. Drow is very fragile and team dependent.
like Deadly Queen said, drow shreds through agi cores because her ult procs ignore base armor - agility builds base armor, so heroes like morphling that have high agi as one of their advantages are countered by this. the only way they can deal with her ult is by focusing her quickly, which makes them vulnerable, or standing on top of her to disable it, which also makes them easy to initiate on
jug has magic damage whereas drow does not. with shard, drow can hinder regen abilities, which makes her a good choice against heroes like timbersaw and necro that rely on their regen to be as strong as they are - effectively, drow has a 1400 gold skadi without the stats. these heroes often build armor when playing vs drow since non-base armor piled up can very easily mitigate drow's damage, otherwise there aren't many other ways to play against her
juggernaut, on the other hand, has a lot of survivability, and often builds stat items that make him harder to kill and a more dangerous target. like with most carries, you can typically disable cores until they're dead in the later stages of the game, but until you have those disables available, juggernaut is a very angry beehive with a nearly 55% winrate this month. with proper support, both jug and drow are scary to play against when they've been given space for farming, but both can also be dealt with in pretty straightforward ways. jug just has built in spell immunity and magic damage, as well as a plethora of mechanics working in his favor, that make him a great option for players like myself that prefer heroes who swarm or frontline. jug also hits buildings mega hard compared to drow so if you wanted to rat much with him you generally can
Drow is awesome hero cause of the Gust. It's one of the best skills in the game. It can decide teamfights especially in lower mmr's were people don't get dispels or bkbs to deal with it. I would argue shadowblade is a MUST buy for drow and then the fact you have a shadowblade drow on your team means the enemy jungle / safelane is now a death trap for the enemy if you guys just play there and kill any enemy hero that comes there or to your triangle or pushes mid or offlane and since dragonlance is also pretty much a must buy on the hero it means that when you guys can clear all that in 30 seconds you can just protect drow for the last 30 as she kills enemy towers. Also if enemy has bkb it usually still means you out dps them cause your hero does 0 magic damage, it only stops multishot. I also recommend lifesteal (and later satanic for dispel if it goes late), crit (for your ult passive to really hurt) and bkb. I agree with you that shard is skadi and I don't understand high level players who rush skadi on the hero makes no sense.
tl;dr: pick heroes with OP skills and win games.
also never pick drow into mars that hero is like a hard counter. (his ult can block all your dps for 7 seconds if the mars plays it well
Tiny is always gonna be good in all roles cause his Ult is OP free armor and he has 2 nukes that both stun / stop tp's.
