Does timeless relic increase ALL spell damage so physical + magical? Or only magical spell damage? Thanks in advance guys

If you want to know if spell amp applies you have to first get spell amp and then hold alt after viewing the ability. It will adjust damage values if spell amp applies.

yes and any debuffs like drow slow or any item like abyssal blade stun or skadi slow lasts longer as well
