Hack how to tell report ....

Im new to steam and i want to know how to tell who uses hack and report him on dota 2

99.99% of hackers are just common users who stomped some NOOBS who don't have a ducking clue how the mechanics of the game are
the other 0.01% gets a VAC ban even before playing their 2nd match

There's no way to report hackers because most hacks on dota are pretty easy to detect. Most of the time they get banned within a day or two, and rarely make it past their first couple of "determining" games for hidden mmr, and even fewer can make it to ranked.

The chance of you finding a hacker is slim to none.
If you want to know if someone is cheating, watch the demo over in their perspective. It should look something like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlfWQ9snYl8

And if they are cheating, you can't say anything on the steam forums... however it wont stop you from making a youtube video and calling them out. But because cheats are so blatent(unlike csgo) you doubtfully could ever make it in a tournement.

So i watch one game replay and sf has shadow blade whit no cd he kill me 2 3 times whitout wards or any detection ...

Hacking (not including scripting, which is something else) is really really difficult, bordering on impossible. The most common explanation for "hacks" is a player not understanding how abilities work, and the second most common is replay-errors.

If you think you've seen a hack, give us a match ID and a time-stamp or the default reaction is to disbelieve you.

If you mean like, hotkey scripts, then it's not, but it's frowned upon, and not allowed in tournaments.

well idiot im not proo like you and yes i dont udnerstand dota 2 too much that's why i posted here and i want to learn you dont need to be A ♥♥♥♥ about it .... you didnt get born whit dota 2 in your ass so what's the diffrence script hack hotkey .... explain iff you can
