new shadow demon spell

Why remove a unique spell and replace it with something similar to warlock fatal bonds..?

How does this combo with the other spells?

Is he still a counter to shadow fiend? Like the lore says? Or do they just make useless changes for no particular reason?

The hero has been destroyed, I used to play this hero a lot but now I can't even choose it because it has a spell that is absolute useless. Literally replaced an offensive spell with a defensive spell.

The hero is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, is it a healer or damage? Is shadow demon actually a druid?

Trash spell, doesn't combo with Q and E.

It's main use comes when you get a shard and you can heal, it's a little buff for your tank...

Late in the game, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless.

It doesnt combo with his spell set, it is useless early, it is useless late.

It's a useless spell.

Only cater to their twitch streamers and pros who spam the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥ heros over and over.

Versatility in this game is pathetic, just stuck playing meta because you kinda don't want to jsut play dota to lose because the hero you enjoy is trash.

It's like when pitlord was huge offlane. I basically just played pitlord 2, not dota 2.

I am still picking him because i enjoy playing SD. The second spell is good when you have a tanky hero like axe or lc who like to jump on enemies. Can also be used on enemies if they are grouped (in chrono for example). But I agree, its usage is rather limited.

To be honest, The first spell and the ult alone are enough reasons for me to pick the hero because they are very useful/

This effect applies to the target itself effectively increasing damage on it.

It like free instant soul burn from orchid.

It can be used in allies as another save and allow to solve "team has no damage " issue as all the damage on your tank is reflected back almost like spectre.

It can be used to increase kill potential throwgh illusions from disruption.

It's naturally stacks with massive poison damage both increasing massive damage from stacks AND spreading it around for all targets

It's a powerfull utility spell tht greatly compliment his dual attacking/saving nature of his spells.

i didn't know that the effect works on the target itself and that's good to know. I got few kills on SD in the past week and I was wondering how i actually got them but now i am almost certain that it's due to the W spell.

And it increase damage from ALL sourses. So it's an extremely powerfull spell even if it wouldn't affect people around. And it does.

Just think about how insane it is - 45!!! Percent more damage just on main target. It's like you take away half of it's ehp. (Naturally it's less but still).

It would be cool to cast on rosh to stop an attempt, as rosh usually has a huge 10k+ hp pool
