Don't worry, he'll probably get some buffs.
I'd be fine if a hyper meta hero like axe who has seen a pick rate above 15% and a win rate well over 50% for the past two years was nerfed into oblivion to freshen up the game a bit but no! screw that! Lets urinate on the barely played heroes some more, right?
How is exactly taking away his core passive considered a buff? Same goes for lich's mana skill being replaced with a mediocre sleep skill...
I said 7.20b not 7.20, the new third skill is made because the first skill got rework into having splash damage, if he still got the passive od will become another broken hero , and for lich i think the new skill is far much more interesting than the old one
I think on lich that his reworked frost shield is amazing.. He's in early to mana dependent now, making you to choose whenever you want to shield your carry or that you want harras the lane.. Played lich 2 days ago and that frost shield is a very strong skill... Imo the new hypno/sleep skill was kinda mediocre, didn't actually use it that much because it didn't had any purpose other than a few situational plays..
A: Revert the changes
B: Remove the manacost of the new ability and reduce the cooldown to 13 seconds
