Non Ranked MMR Matchmaking Needs to be re-examined.

I am not playing Ranked, I am playing Normal All-Pick and Turbo. I've not properly grinded Ranked in over 2 Years. I re-calibrated hoping my normal non ranked MMR would reduce as I seriously don't belong in Ancient or Divine. Yet despite this re-calibration after 2 YEARS, I am placed repeatedly in very high skill games. I am at best Legend 3 after all this time.

If I am not sitting in queue for over 10 minutes waiting for a woefully one sided game against Immortals, then I'm ruining the game for my casual team mates because they have to play against Divine/Immortals because why? Because my MMR was once 4500~ 2 YEARS ago and suddenly they are also around the same MMR because the matchmaker decides that they are. It's unfair. If I am playing alone, then its fine, but not when I'm in a party...

Essentially what I'm saying is, MMR decay is non-existent for both Solo and Party MMR in Ranked and Non Ranked and that's ruining my experience.
