i just like to thank valve of actually adding a report for mmr abuser, although do they really get banned? coz ive been into a lot of games where a divine core players queueing for support in ancient bracket then going carry. its really annoying that the difference in our core mmr is more than 1.5k which is really unfair and whats worst is that i think they are a smurf since most of them are like a newly created account with a very few games.

for suggestions tho maybe if our core or support mmr should reach a certain mmr, maybe the other mmr should be raised close to your higher mmr so they wont get to abuse or end up in a very low mmr game.

as for me i can't play support mmr and i only play it just to earn fast queue coz my core is 4.1k and my support is 2.8k and im being force to support low ranks which is real pain in the ♥♥♥ and even if i play support in pt queue we always end up in a low rank games since my support is very low its either we stomping them or my low rank random teammates (most likely a pt of low ranks too) are getting stomp so bad by the other high rank that matches my teammate's rank, but all in all i think this role ranked is really good at least for 3k and up since in my 400 games of rank ive only been once into a match where hard supp steal a lane but the separate mmr is kinda disappointing since a lot of high ranks are actually abusing it.

Well the ban approach quickly lead to unintentional Smurf problem.
You ban high level account for lecturing his stupid teammates - he creates new one and cannot go higher than 3,5 k. From there he massacre his way back up. Glad you banned him, right? Do this again to keep him around 3,5 k to continue slaughtering residents.

so ur saying that this idiots should be set loose and keep abusing low ranks to actually boost his teammates core mmr while using his low support mmr to destroy low rank players? i mean i dont really know which side are u on i know that they would end up creating new account but doesn't it make for them to actaully grind to their current rank and stop them from abusing the rank system again? and btw the 3.5k limit has been removed (not sure but they said that it has been removed).

and by the means of boosting his friend, not only him will be causing such trouble in low rank games but his teammates would also ruin a lot of games in a solo high rank games since they are boosted. and what do u even mean by lecturing lol, so are u one of those who thinks that ranting at low ranks while being a smurf is completely fine? or i understand it the wrong way coz if its by lecturing his low rank friends shouldn't be they helping them by coaching in game or actually queueing their current rank and teach them while in game? coz i dont see any gain for the "stupid teammates" u've just mention rather than being flamed when they play solo in the current rank where they shouldn't be.

How would we know if they "actually ban" boosters other than what they tell us? Is there some booster dedication page that I never read?

if by any luck they should have a dotabuff that records match and if a player stop playing for at least half a month or more than a month after they got mass reported then its safe to assume that they got banned but theres no really way of telling that they get baned. our only way of knowing is that he if still gets to play matches by reviewing their account with 3rd party websites like dotabuff or opendota or if they still go online, although a lot of banned accounts from dota 2 has still access in steam anyway.
