Yea doom should definitely not be able to self cast his aghs, it's literally broken and has broken the game
Prevents you from doing literally anything, lasts forever, can be refreshed with refresher, if he gets any sort of lead just afk in fountain if he wants to sit on your face. This literally isn't balanced and doesn't have a counter like most things do.

There is a counter. It's called not being caught solo in a video game about team play.

It's an AOE ability that he can use to blink on your face during a team fight. WTF does this have to do with getting caught?

Unless he has int blink, you can really catch him before he dooms. Also, that is why you shouldn't stick together. If I recall correctly these patch notes, the radius effect of this is very small, so it would be able to affect many heroes.

It's not as small as you think it is, you probably haven't had to deal with it yet.

Not yet indeed, I didn't play since the patch. But it doesn't look like a good bet to doom oneself. Also, if you stand that close to each other that several of you are affected by doom, you would be dead to enigma ult in the exact same conditions.

Ah yes, because a team will hypothetically be stupid enough to be within a 300 radius of each other at all times. I bet you think Axe call is OP too.

Here's the thing.
If Doom is within 300 units of you or your teammate. He has put himself into a vulnerable position. He is right up your team's butt. Just disable or kill him.
AoE Doom doesn't stun or taunt. People can walk out of it. You can force staff people out of it. Cast glimmer cape on them. Use a save ability on them (snowball, cold embrace, etc)

Frankly, if your whole team gets caught by his ult. Git gud.

Are you herald? Earth shaker exists, yet, he can still get ults off. Lets just pretend like you are a gaming pro when even the gaming pros can't avoid things like these

enigma's ult requires set up and you can actually kill him if he misses you when he ults and he needs bkb with blink to make it work. Enigma isn't OP and definitely isn't going to be getting as much gold or item spikes as doom will.

I rush force staff, glimmer to save my core when doom uses his ulti on himself... it will only be a problem when he jumps on me first... luckily he's still not scary as NS coz NS has flying vision

Yeah, it depends on homie force staffs and glimmers. With such a greedy community it deserves to punish that greedy playstyle.

The range on ESh's ult is 600; the Doom-aghs ult is 300. Literally double the radius.

But wait, there's more!

The area of a circle is A=π*r^2 [pi times the radius squared].
So the AOE of the Doom-agh's ult is 300*300*3.14=282,600 square units, and the AOE of ESh's ult is 600*600*3.14=1,130,400 square units. In other words, ESh's ult covers 4 TIMES as much area as the Doom-agh's ult, making it SIGNIFICANTLY easier to land on multiple heroes.

In practice, the only way the enemy should get Doom! off on multiple heroes is if you're already all grouped up in melee-range, beating on another hero, in which case you are playing bad and deserve to be punish. Or of the enemy plays very well and coordinates, like by comboing a Magnus or Enigma ult, in which case they deserve to be rewarded.
