Toll of the Fearful Aria (ambient effect unlocked)

Planning to buy this item maybe soon and it costs 840 pesos on steam market right now but I have a question bout its "ambient effect unlocked". I mean how should I know if the one that I'm buying already has its ambient effect unlocked or not? I'm really confuse about is so I'm kindly asking here for your help guys if every you got some idea about this item. Thanks and God bless.

Infused Armor of the Fearful Aria - buy the one with this name and in purple letters, check steam market, besides in the description it will have Ambient Effect Unlock under styles options grayed out insteand of red letters (which is not infused)
