Avoiding players should be free
This toxic game is already garbage. Just give avoiding players to everyone free of charge. No dotaplus exclusive or I'll Kunkka your games.

And the list should not have a limit, NOT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 20 in any case, need more like 20 thousands

Yes and to refill the empty queues they could drop the behavior based matchmaking as a compensation. Of course, then it‘s not competitive anymore. But this is an idle claim anyways.
