Why does techies talent tree give 251 dmg instead of 250?

It's 251 for a reason, because some idiot would pick it to think that Techies viable enough to take on high farmed carries.

If I was a developer at Valve's, I'd run a SQL on their stats db(s) to see how many people would have lived thru 250 dmg but died because of the 251, just for the lols.

I would bet zero. You need a lvl 25 techies who took that talent to live on 1 x no.of auto attacks techies did to them and how often do you see someone live on less than 10hp in super late game?

techies had the highest damage talent in the game, and then they gave tidehunter a 250 damage talent, so they gave techies a 251 damage talent so he could still be the highest.
