Dota 2 boosted players ruining everyones game enjoyment- Huge problem in ranked.

Hello valve, i have recently noticed as i gain more and more mmr that i have been getting alot of games with boosted players.
The biggest problem here i see is the inactivity in the area of detecting boosted accounts and dealing with boosted players. The boosted players lack any skill on how to play the game in their current rank catergory. Ofcourse the boosted players will lose alot of MMR thanks to not being able to play as well as their enemy players.
Sadly this game experiance with a boosted player on enemy of own team is not enjoyable at all to the both sides.

The games usually start with discussions on picks and strategys, but these players do not understand how the game works on higher skill levels ( comparing guardian and crusader, herald ranks to ancient and legend - so forth).
The boosted players get outskilled by enemy and proceed to constantly feed them. (some are even more toxic in chat to their teammates). The games with boosted players last usually less than 20 minutes, because the enemy will be so fed that the game is just completley one sided and unwinable. The same applys to the situation when enemy has a boosted player on their own team. There is no fun killing a guy 20 times in 22 minutes and proceeding to end the game in 25, cause the enemy has not even completed their 2nd item, while u are purchasing ur last.

The whole thread is deticated to bringing awareness to these boosted players in our games and the tools given to deal with them.

Sure there is the report system that can be used for feeding, rude chat, abilty abuse. But there is no categorys dealing with these boosted accounts or MMR abuse.

I am asking Valve what should the players do incase these players join ur game and ruin it. Could something be done to open an investigation to these players ? Like tracking account location via IP log in area, ( Account started in random country - got to ancient 5 and then logged in somewhere else in world and constant report trend and feeding trend - losing alot of mmr etc.)

I dont even see a category when reporting these accounts on steam.

if you look at his dota profile, games and trend u can immediatly tell something is fishy, because the player has obviously used boosting serives.

Long read, but a really active problem in the community.

I totaly agree with sentements expressed above,I have been playing and enjoying this game for years,and no have to deal with these boosted players who have no idea how the team game works. Please do something to stop this practice of boosted accounts being used to destroy good players enjoyment. Whats the point in spending money week after week supporting Dota2,if I no longer can play and enjoy it.

Go to platform someone from dota2 or valve can see such as appropriate subreddit or dota.dev forum. This is community forum and we are all here only players like you are. Although I havent been experiencing what youre talking about, still. If youre bothered about this, use website youd get more attention at, persumably.

been playing since dota 2 went beta.. regardless of the mmr change into rank medals, it's still visible under stats. But the problem is real, what hes saying. I currently sit at almost 3.9k and the people i play with have nowhere near the knowledge or skill of that mmr range and i can compare it to a year ago or even 5 years back.
