if you notice from the screenshot., there is the option for "more purchase options" where you can purchase dota plus for just only a usage of 1 month without auto renewal at all.
p.s i totally fully agree with "Yuiko" 100%.
Hulu, Crunchyroll, Funimation, Hidive, Netflix, Eve Online, Anarchy Online, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV (3 of these last 4 are on steam)... All have AUTOMATIC RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS...
Just like dota plus, you AGREED to the subscription when you bought it without buying a non-renewing block.
