The queue times differ. Yes, I also think I had faster queueing times half a year ago.
Imo, medium bots have the best queue times. Not to easy but easy enough to smash the bots without the need of high skills. But that’s also a disadvantage because you often find players there compensating only for bad gaming experience in their PvP matches.
More challenging bots and more relaxed players you find in hard and unfair difficulties (which in fact are not very different from each other). But the queue times are longer in my experience.
At week ends I usually queue up for 1-3 x 5 mins before I find a match (EU West). However you can queue up on all 3 European servers. The matches are quite relaxed and friendly.
The best thing is that bot-coop matchmaking is not mmr based. So you can expect to have a mixed skills team. In one match you learn from others, in the next match you are the teacher.
Have fun!
