finding match / queue time is too long
im in calibration and my queue time is so long. been waited for like an hour then tried to restart my accnt and still unable to start playing. it shows finding match but then it took hour and still cant find match. Can you help me what can I do to fix this? TIA

its normal to happen when youre smurfing or have low behavior score. people who play on their main accounts and have account in ok standing they find matches fast and usually without issues.
theres also other factors like time of the day, language selection, server, etc

im not smurf, I just returned playing dota since i bought my new pc. thanks tho
