[NEED HELP] Badge % not changing!?

played a few games tonight, first win got me to around 20ish% of current badge, then won second and third game. Percentage did not change at all. I thought maybe it had just not updated, that has happened before and restarting dota seems to fix it. However, played a 4th game, won it and it seemed to register? put me up to current percentage of 40ish.

Anyone had this problem or can help?

Medal is a fixated point in your MMR. Your MMR is constantly changing. Your MMR can be found in <Your D2 Profile -> Stats>. If you're below "a fixated point" of your medal, % won't appear until you make it to that fixated point.

Hey thanks for the reply, yes I'm aware of this. I'll try explain a little better.

After first win, medal was at 26%

After second win, still 26%

After third win, still 26%

After forth win, went up to 44%

Since its usually a change of around 20% each game i feel like the second and 3rd game have not registered.

Hopefully that's a little clearer, again I'm thankful for the reply.

Gain points differ by ranks of your opponents. If you're an ancient and playing vs archons... Let's just say the loss would cost you 50-100. Plus it doesn't update right after the game. Sometimes I need to play 2 more games before it changes. And dota 2 is pretty laggy for the game that takes more than 20mils$ every year and much much more through that year from the players. Even in my last game with the challenge to kill invisible enemies after using dust of appearance. I killed riki 6 times like that, I got only first tier for killing him once. Fair? And I can't even complain about and get 3 stars without repeating it because devs don't care about most of the bugs in the game that aren't gamebreaking but pain in the ass.
You better check stats page to see the changes, % works very slow, more like d2 devs.

i got 89% before the new rank roles was implemented ...
so do u think that winning 26 matches out of 30 wont make any % to show ???
cause i even added another 2 wins now and not even 1% shows under my medal ...
same medal no % .. 18x as support 14x offlane ...

1. 3-4-5 roles are probably the same. Haven't played 3, but i'm sure that it could count as support rank. (upd: checked, offlane-3 must be carry rank)
2. You didn't tell what exact MMR you have as support and carry. And obv, you're checking the medal % and not the current MMR. Medals work just fine if you know what you're looking at and not waiting for the info they can't show you.
