Double tap ability to self cast not working

Dears please help me and report this is a huge bug here and its critical the double self cast on dota its not working and the quick qast off every thing is off and i tried to untick and re tick and its the same meanwhile my other acount its working fine but i need it to work on this one because this is my primary account

Make sure to test it in the demo kit. It works for me on TP scrolls still, not sure about other abilities since I use alt-cast for that instead.

every thing bro not the ability also the items like the euls ,forstaff..... but my 2nd acount working fine but this account not working

Odd. Make sure to check that your settings actually have it selected to work, since it is a setting in the menus that you can disable.

unfortunately i copied my 2nd setting and put it as is to this account this the same . Also i delete the game and re installed it also its the same

i found the Sul..
1st delete dota and steam.
2nd turn off the could save from steam before doanloading dota
3rd download dota and enjoy

so the prob is , the cloud save ? cuz i have same issues
