penalty for no reason

I was playing unranked game all picks and we lost the game next thing I got overwatsch penalty for no reason I didn't leave the game or talked ♥♥♥♥ in the game or left someone behind like wtf hey can anyone help me on this please?

You must understand that any report notification that suddenly jumped or popped out does not refer to your latest gameplay especially when you just finish one or a few matches. You cannot say you played 5 or 10 matches, then you receive that warning or the report because the report probably comes from the past 15 matches or the past 1-month matches, or even longer such as 6 months or etc. Don't always think yourself is safe to go for any abuse whenever you feel nothing is being notified on you because I believe such report system of Overwatch that requires reviews by selected reviewers, then will require a lot of verdicts to be collected for the best results where you will not able lie to Overwatch.

except they ban new players who dont know how to play cause they're salty they lost ive literally seen it done the overwatch people which i had no idea about must be the same kind of people who made bf2042

I completly understand that I will say that I'm new to this game but to be honest can u tell me whats grifing in that game bc idk I have played unranked like only 6.6h and thats it many maybe the first person who used this computer 3 years ago I know that they played this game and maybe done something bad but I'm not sure but I'm still learning this game but if can help me little info what is bad in that game so I don't get another overwatch penalty?

What is griefing? I suggest you try Google it for the meaning because my English isn't the best for explaining on something too official, but I understand it as an action that relate with the emotions of different parties during the game play. When I was reviewing replays, if I get someone who being reported for "griefing" I will keep watching that replay in a faster speed a bit to observe his action against the players in the game, allies and opponents. If I found any weird/funny/illogical action in the marked playback, then it's true that the player is griefing. Else, not enough evidence or not guilty.

Dota_2 has several tools within the LEARN section which are designed to help players learn the game. The problem is most players refuse to take the time to use them. Instead a new player will generally opt to queue a pub game and select a hero with no understanding whatsoever what their role is. As such this player may or may not be reported by his/her teammate. That however is dependent on the teammate's experience and willingness to advise the player. In several instances the reported player as in this case will make his/her way to the forum rather than try to LEARN the game.
As such is is STRONGLY advised that players new to the game make the effort to LEARN the game via the tools provided before opting to queue a public game.

Overwatch is joke, trash ruiners and acc buyers with high summary conduct got access to overwatch and ruine games with thier penalties. HOW WE CAN APPEAL on this penalties, how we can ban overwatch judges for illegal penalty. Where is the regulatory mechanism of player-overwatch-developer interaction? How to punish corrupt judges from overwatch? You write to the valve in the mail about it, and they send you to reddit to create a post there or to the dota community forum. Valve - you are the developers and you are responsible for your game. The developers have locked themselves in their offices and spit from the bell tower at their users. If you are not the chosen individual in assisting the developer to review any case that is being conducted by the guilty players, then you probably will not understand how it works or how it functions. More importantly, you must have understood how the ban system in the Dota 2 game works before you made a statement to claim that Overwatch is thrash or not.

Lol. You do know that even without the overwatch system you still got reported? Overwatch is just there to verify the REPORT submitted.
