"We appreciate all of the feedback and match IDs that we've been receiving—your input has been very helpful and we hope you'll continue to give us feedback after this update as well. We are committed to making matchmaking as good as it can be. "

That means they read somewhere, the feedback of players, about the broken report system, or report system abuse...

So where they saw this feedback? dota 2 dev forums? Or steam dota 2 forum?

As far as the "report system abuse", as already pointed out you spent an entire game flaming and trolling your own team[www.opendota.com] and told everyone in allchat that you would trade them commends if they reported the 2/4/2 Mirana on your team, while you were 1/12/0 as Monkey King. It's not the system, it's you behaving like that. You are clearly not being reported "for no reason." There is definitely a reason so claiming otherwise is an outright lie. But you do you.

Dude you keep talking about 1 bad game i had, how many times I already told you about that cancer mirana? i spend the entire game afk and asking for report mirana, ALL MY TEAM di, cuz he pick hard sup and go double mid, SO WHAT? I troll my team? dude you the trolll following me around with that match id, I just didnt want to spend 90 minutes of game with that cancer mirana, so i go afk shadow amulet and wait for next game when there is NO CHANCE to win..... go read the other topic with full explation and stop spamming that match id

1 bad game with game ruiners doesnt make me the toxic. I got 55 commends in my last 25 matchs, and my conduct still going up to 6k, im winning hard and winning mmr, my attitude and beahavior is perfect,

First off, "ALL" of your team was not saying "report mirana." The only other player who said report mirana in chat was Underlord...who was on the OTHER TEAM.[www.opendota.com] A player on the other team was encouraging you to fight with your own teammates, which is a jedi mind trick for the extremely simple minded and you fell for it.

And the point is, you don't get down to 5k behavior score from "1 bad game." This indicates that this is a pretty routine pattern.

Smurf all you want bud. Smurfing is not a bannable offense, just typically frowned upon as cheesy and a cheap way to get wins when you can't hang in your own skill bracket. If you read the post, the Dota team is taking smurf reports so they can simply check how well their smurf detection is working, nothing more. They're not handing out ban hammers for players smurfing and they never have.

In voice and team chat they all said to report mirana.

Like i told you, for a player like me, smurf, spammer, playing in ranked all the time, cant get above 6k beheavior conduct easy.

If i wanted 10k beheavior score I could just play 100-200 turbo games in 5 man party and get 0 reports......... But for what, i play for competitive...

I have shown you enough evidence that people that report me, its for no valid reason.

Go search my recent games, i got 55 commends and 90% win rate

I noticed that every time you play a ''harder'' hero, carry role or mid, if your team is losing they will blame you, if you talk or try to defend it only gets worst.
The thing is, that 99% of all dota players will tilt at some point. The game is made to tilt you, therefore everybody deserves a report :D
