Exactly. If they are so good at the role and understand what people don't, then play it and get free mmr. Except when they do, then it is "my carry can't carry so I can't win" or "my mids always lose with last pick".....and the cycle continues
As they say, "If you want it done right, do it yourself."
If you need something from your teammates then you need to communicate it to them. There is no magic ratio or formula that all players must follow in every game.
One of the biggest noob things a pos 5 can do is use all their wards as soon as they have them......what good is it to have no wards for a push or defensive position because your position 5 used all their wards? Game is fluid......keep 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ extra wards for the unexpected. It pisses me off when I get pinged to use all my wards immediately. It is bad play
And then they ping "need wards!" when wards are all out of stock. Or my favorite is when someone says "Why isn't the support buying any wards?!" and there are at least 4+ wards on the map and the support has no gold but lone ranger wants to solo deep push into tier 2-3 with the entire enemy team up but no vision on them.
100% truth. Even still in Ancient/Divine, I will have games where we get rosh and people just run down mid because we have rosh.....regardless of the team taking a different objective or going to farm for an item or whatever. Like.....let me lay some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sentries and ob wards first while we take map control and regroup.....then let us push high ground IF it looks good. IDK how many games I've lost with impatient cores NEEDING to push t3 like a brainless barbarian (Not saying instant Rosh to T3 isn't a great play sometimes.....but it is an option not an obligation)
