New rank system sucks

I am in rank immortal and usually play with my friend and brother. Now I can play no more with my party because new rank system will consider my party as immortal too. I never abuse by bringing smurf in my party which turns out my mmr doesn't increase a bit. Now I have to find new account which has lower mmr and I will become smurf which I don't want to. It seems like the more you try to fix the worse. You focus at wrong point. I play party at 4.5k average and we met tons of smurf, most of them doesn't come with immortal.

There's nothing stopping you from playing unranked or custom games. If you want to play ranked games then you should make some friends who are in your MMR bracket or alternatively you could coach your lower MMR friends so they get better, improve and increase their MMR.

And you can still play with your friends. The goal of the new MMR system is to reward players for their skill, not how skillfully they can be carried by immortal players. So you can either play unranked with your friend or if you want your friend to be classed with you in ranked...then he is literally going to be classed with you in rank, no training wheels. That's entirely your choice.

So right now our mmr are so far apart but once they came back we play together a lots I barely play solo anymore. But new system is making it impossible for us to play together. Our skills deserver our ranks, noone play too good or too bad for rank we got. About unrank match it's not fun because it's not competitive but consider all of us immortal is too much my friends don't have that skill, most of them are only in ancient. Then rank system changes so I can't play with my friends in rank? I thought it wanted us to play together more so we don't have to face those rude players in solo. Ok. Just a question do you agree to wait hours to find an equal match to your level. Because avarage system does not work. You can carry the game single handedly against lower skilled players. Just think a little bit when you create a statement and use logic not only your benefits.

2. Equal level party finding may take forever. (Are you ready for this?)
3. You can still play together without rude people.

I agree on this. Mixed gaming is possible on a fair basis in normal. Why it isn't in ranked? We play as a mixed skill team in single draft quite often to practice some versatility. And we are matched with similar teams. Despite we're having an immortal captain we have not a high win rate. It's about half/half. Valve imposese more and more restrictions on ranked and then everybody wonders about that the player base for ranked is getting lower and lower and queue times getting longer and longer. As I mentioned before: the solution for such teams is now that the captain plays on his smurf account to keep on playing with his friends.
