Slow alt tab from dota 2

Hello everyone!! I have an issue that is really annoying and i need some help please!!
When i play dota 2 and i try to alt tab it take about 3-4 seconds!! How can i fix this ??

Not only that, but if I now alt tab from Dota the annoying Dota music is still playing. Before it only played when Dota was open and not when I used alt tab.

Its not the same mate playing windowed and exclusive!!!
