Immortal rank leaderboard number disappeared?

Has any other immortal player had this issue? I am about 6.1k mmr and about a week ago I was showing as around rank #1700. One day I logged in and my rank # has disappeared and I am now an unranked immortal- I asked around and a couple of my friends/teammates are around 5.4-5.7k mmr and are showing their immortal rank is around 3-4k.
I checked the wiki with the help of some reference and found I meet all the requirements:
-A top solo ranked MMR in the region.
-At least 300 lifetime matchmaking games played. (PvP matches only.)
-At least 100 lifetime solo ranked games
-At least 14 solo ranked games in the last 21 days in the same division
Official player info on file
-An account that hasn't been banned

As a note I have received no bans on the account (also have 10k behavior score) and I’ve definitely played over 14 solo ranked games in the last 21 days (US WEST).
Has anyone had or heard of this problem before?

im having the exact same problem. did u have a solution?
Im in us west server with 6.3k mmr currently. It just disappeared one day and nvr gotten back for months now. I also meet all the criteria. Now that i think of it mine disappeared around april as well.

Steam support wasn't able to help as the leaderboards are an automatically generated list. They suggested I recalibrate as it might help but all it ended up doing was dropping me about from 6.4k mmr to 6k :( I think I play with/against you sometimes in US West servers? Very strange but I'm a bit upset to be honest. I have been calibrating into games as a Divine 5 with 6k mmr even though the cut off for Divine 5's into immortal should be 5.5k at the highest. My rank shows as Immortal on my profile but its weird that it's calibrating me as a Divine 5 into games.
