How fast can you climb ranks

How fast do you usually climb your rank or like how fast do players climb their ranks.

You cant really calculate it.You climb your rank,when you are better then others in you current rank.So how fast is a question of how much better you are,then ppl who play in bracket you are in right now.

i cannot climb it's impossible, when i win like 7 in a row, i start losing 7 in a row, i always have bad team when i am about to climb rank.

Very fast if you about 1000 above the rank. Pretty slowly as you have about 500 mmr difference with rank. You stuck at 50% as you reach your natural rank and just keep going up and down.

You can't always point your finger to the teammates, check your mistakes too..

Back when I was reported by at least 3 people on my team every game on march of 2020, I managed to climb from Archon to Ancient within 2 months.

I could have done in probably 3 weeks, but

My behavior score dropped to 3000, I got banned from playing the game due to excessive reports for 2 weeks 3 times consecutive and since then I stopped playing this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game in which envy crybabies lacking braincells are allowed to report people they don't like because they don't understand.

Now they finally seem to have "fixed" the freaking report system and I hope I don't have to see that hell again. But right now I am not in the hype to work in my mmr anymore.

At the other hand, custom games such as 12v12 don't have reports. Cheers for good plays there.

too many people make ranked a job. I don't see the value in it. Maybe only 1 in 10000 players can go pro.

Depends on your skills. If you are a natural herald player you develop in ranks like a snail. If you are an archon player, like a rabbit through herald and guardian, then slowing down to a snail. As an Immortal player you slow only down on divine level to gradually reach your final rank. Around the natural skill ceiling anybody moves like a snail if at all, because you are within the 49,5% - 50,5% win rate range.

Its all about luck, nothing to do with your skills. if you got good teammate, you win. Else, you lose. Thats dota 2

I would also say you need a good amount of luck.
Dota 2 know 3 types of matches and the rarest one is a balanced situation.
Most of the time you will find yourself missing the enemy or the enemy stomp your team.

Let's take into consideration there is apparently 720 MMR between each rank. Each victory alone gives 30 and each loss retrieves 30. With a 60% winrate (which is really good in my opinion), it would take you 240 games to climb a whole rank. Your speed depends on your winrate with a given hero.

Rank medals are cosmetic only. The game doesn't match players based on their rank medal. Players are matched based on their actual numerical mmr. So the game isn't purposely giving you bad teammates when you're about to rank up, because the rank itself is meaningless.

In the low Herald bracket, you're going to have volatile matchmaking. If you feel like you're being unfairly matched in solo Herald pubs, then I would recommend joining or creating a party of players that you believe are similar in skill to yourself. If you play a game and find someone you enjoy playing with then send them a friend request, build up a list of players in your bracket and who play on the servers that you play on.

You can't climb by yourselves. I don't say it's impossible but you must be super good. Even smurfs are wasting time to boost accounts because however you play if 1 player feeds or jungle whole game is impossible to win.
