Shadow Fiend "Counter" ?

I'd like to know how you can counter a hero that uses blink, throws u in the air and instakills you ..... even if he has zero kills before or any advantage.
I get that he may be some sort of assasin with high damage but this guy doesnt even need to get fed to steamroll. Nerf the damage maybe????

Just buy hood, its cheap and spam your hood when he euls you, u literally take no damage once you can activate hood, trust me if you can do it twice he won't use the combo on you again for the whole game

Hero is terrible right now, there are only a couple of ways to build him and HAVE a chance to win the game (they all involve going for the Aura against buildings)

As for counters he's got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just pick whatever hero that can range him out or force him to disable his blink dagger, Urn, Vessel, Silences, Void Spirit, Puck, Aeon Disk, BKB, Euls (use him after he uses his on you), Blade mail on a High hp hero, or just keep killing him and make the game longer, he falls off.

hey buys bkb naturally and gets it quite early, so silence isnt an option.
Void Spirit and Puck get outlaned hard by sf. - lasthits.
Blademail may work for one hero, but not for the game, he will ulti someone else..


WARDS help against him,
make him waste his bkb and fight when its on cd. you can then stun/slow kill him easy.

When he cyclones you, you can spam bkb and the game will count bkb BEFORE his ulti damage, you will be fine.
IMO better option than aeon disk, what also works.

Shadow Fiend only works if he has won his mid, so it's up to the midder to stop him early. Afterwards, Linken's solves the entire problem, followed by less ideal solutions. Not sure I'd recommender Aeon, since if you take all the damage at once it won't have time to activate and save you.

Schyte of Vyse works fine it He has not BKB but you have to be very very fast to use it

sf is a no brain hero in pubs for the first 25 mins, on same skill level mid lane, you will draw or win the lane always, as soon as it has eul you will get one shotted, there is nothing u can do about it except 3-4 heroes in the game, or avoiding him or just having someone else behind to bait him in over aggression, sf also outfarms anyone in the game as with 2 razes farms a lane.
you win by not getting demolished early and buying bkb, also pressure on him early is good.
