Cursor pack no longer works

I just built a new PC.

I installed Dota 2.

My cursor pack doesn't function regardless of what I do. I can't use it at all, equipped or not. Please help.

I had similar problems with cursors on new Pc but that was years ago. My issue was related to windows DSR factors and cursor scaling under direct 3D. Since I switched to Vulcan I have no more problems with cursors. Maybe this is similar, hard to say

mine works. sometimes glitches and uses my windows cursor instead which is weird but fixes with a restarting the game. idk whats causing it exactly but it could be the game not loading correctly or me alt tabbing while its loading i have no idea but they do work!
