i mean boosting and account selling goes against the terms of service.
In order to find a booster, valve checks the IPs compared from which location which user has accessed this account. If this player played up 1-3k MMR during this period and had a different location, the Ranked-ban is relatively safe.
But since I haven't played with them personally, there should be an email address or something ... ?
That was before Valve declared smurfing a bannable offence. They may go back and manually ban pro smurfs, they may not. However, I have heard rumours of pros threatening to switch to League if their smurf gets banned, so it's not like the pros themselves are certain they have free reign.
that don't solve the lack of reports when its a smurf every game we dont have enough we need unlimited reports for smurfs seen as though its bannable now non of them should be escaping the ban
