Report a translation problem
They got banned for boost/smurf.
I´m not a pro in this game but I don´t want to test this mode (it could help me for learning) but it´s too risky for a report "Booster/Smurf".
Valve doesn´t check which kind of mode you play.
You can still get banned from custom games too.
I saw something around 10-15 posts about people got banned with their 2-5k hours dota account because they tested this mode and got reported.
