low prio problem in dota2

good day guys, i need help.. my issue is that i was placed in low priority due to game crashing and DC in games... so game option is single draft only, my problem is every time i click to start single draft pop up matchmaking appears stating single draft is the only game mode allowed in the low priority punishment pool.. so i click "OK" then click start game in single draft but the same pop up appear... in short i cant start the game in single draft even though im already in single draft... can any one help.. much appreciated

Make sure that you don't have multiple game modes selected, just single draft.

no multiple game modes selected, only single draft but still nothing happens, it keeps saying
" single draft is the only game mode allowed in the low priority punishment pool" dont really know what seems to b the issue.. i tried making a different dota account it went well but in my old account thats the issue

IF YOU HAVE 2021 Battle pass it's common. EVERYDAY this game crash/ AUTO DC/ 1 game and auto DC and wont even load the game. =D and then boom u need 24rhs before u can play. Then after waiting for 1 day you need to play 5 single draft then after winning 5 games you can play 1 game ranked match/nemestice then your next game will auto DC again then you cant play 24hrs again js a routine. ALMOST 1 month of my everyday dota 2 game. I'm thinking why Non Battle pass player/account don't experienced this. ( SAME PC SAME STABLE INTERNET ) Can play continuously.

Most likely you have other game modes chosen. Check your match settings

You have to deactive the other modes..

You should click Unranked>> unclick all pick,turbo mode>> Show All modes (sneakily placed in small)>> and click Single Draft only. Other might be clicked on somehow.

Also,
Your game is crashing because of your PC specs. I can relate, because CS : GO and DOTA 2 now recommends you have 4C/8T and GPU or AGPU and Graphics Unit. The game is now demanding and u need to upgrade your internal Hardrive to SSD if you are serious on playing either of the Game i mentioned or else expect crashes, and stutters. Hope this helps.. ooo also for the Disconnect if you are playing in SEA expect DC or packet losses and avg ping around 100ms.
